An exploratory helmet development platform combining proprietary headform-based CAD geometry, Carbon Design Engine lattices, and additive manufacturing. The project includes a controlled library of impact and comfort lattice studies, along with a full-scale, one-piece soft-shell prototype printed in 90A TPU. Future phases will focus on manufacturing refinement and comparative impact testing.
